1. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary by location.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Then domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 days (or specify your local region). International orders may take 7–14 days depending on customs and distance.
3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees depend on your location and the weight/size of your order. You’ll see the shipping cost during checkout before you pay.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
5. What is your Return / Refund policy?
You can request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and meets our return conditions.
6. How do I return an item?
Email us at support@mainora.store with your order number and reason. We’ll send you return instructions.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
If you want a different size, color, or item, contact us. If we have it in stock, we’ll help you exchange (you may need to pay for reshipping).
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
10. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately the same day with photo proof. We’ll either replace it or refund you fully.
